It’s Bonus Day! The company I work for pays out bonuses quarterly and annually. Amounts are dependent on company performance.
The Q4 payout is my first full bonus (since I joined the company at the end of September my Q3 was prorated). And it’s great! I know we, as employees, earn this money and it’s part of our total compensation but it definitely feels like an extra special treat.
As soon as the check cleared I immediately transferred it to my Betterment account. Happy to report these funds have kicked me over the $4,400 mark!
A separate (prorated) annual bonus for 2017 will be deposited on the 6th.
